1. Shipping Area

We currently ship to most addresses within the United States.

Please note that some remote areas, U.S. offshore islands, territories, military addresses, and certain non-contiguous regions may not be available for delivery. This may include, but is not limited to:

- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- American Samoa
- Northern Mariana Islands
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- Other remote or offshore island locations

If your address is not supported by our shipping carriers or local warehouse system, we may contact you after your order is placed to confirm whether delivery is possible. If we are unable to ship to your location, your order will be canceled and refunded.

2. Free Shipping in the United States

We offer free standard shipping for eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

There is no extra shipping fee for standard delivery to supported U.S. addresses.

3. Local U.S. Warehouse Shipping

Most LeverLoc orders are shipped from our local warehouse in the United States.

Shipping from a U.S.-based warehouse helps reduce delivery time and provides a more reliable fulfillment experience for our customers.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time may be longer during weekends, holidays, peak shopping seasons, or when additional order verification is required.

Please note that orders are not usually processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery usually takes:

Please allow some time for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

LeverLoc is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed or appears to be missing, please contact us and we will help check the tracking status with the carrier.

However, LeverLoc is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, customs clearance, local delivery restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If the tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, household members, building management, or the local carrier first. You may also contact us for assistance.

10. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package
- Photos of the damaged product
- A short description of the issue

We will review the case and provide a suitable solution according to our policies.

11. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be available for shipment to certain locations due to carrier limitations, warehouse coverage, local regulations, or logistics restrictions.

If your order cannot be shipped to your address, we will notify you and issue a refund.
