- Product was used on an unsuitable surface or not installed according to instructions
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or improper handling
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for another product, color, size, or model, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
If the exchange is due to our mistake or a product issue, we will cover the necessary shipping cost.
If the exchange is due to personal preference or customer selection, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and any price difference.
